Do I need to cook the rolls?

No — our rolls are ready-to-serve. Just thaw, slice, and feed.

How long do they last?

Kept frozen, rolls stay fresh for months. Once thawed, refrigerate and use within 7–10 days.

Can I mix with kibble?

Yes! Many families start by mixing rolls with kibble and transition fully over time.

What does "gently cooked" or "gently pasteurized' mean?

Our "gently cooked" terminology refers to pasteurization conditions that will ensure the foods are safe from harmful bacteria and microbes. Pasteurization means heating to a sufficient temperature over a specific period of time - "gently cooking" - without any negative effects on the nutritional and eating quality of the food.This process is similar to everyday items that are pasteurized, such as milk or juice. Each roll weighs 1.5 lbs, consisting of twelve portions. Portions are marked on the packaging and are 2 ounces each. The amount to feed your dog or cat each day will depend on age and activity level.
