Return & Refund Policy

Overview 

Everyone at CountryPet Naturals is committed to ensuring customers and their pets are satisfied & happy with our products. In the event that there is a problem with any of our products, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date. We keep things simple because we know what it’s like to be in your shoes. Food safety and customer satisfaction are our top priorities, so in the rare case there is an issue with the products, we will fix it!

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, we require;

1. A valid order number or proof of purchase.

2. Photographs or images of the issue. If items are damaged in transit, please note the condition of the packing materials and provide photographs. 

3. Notification within 30 days of your order. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or replacement. 

Due to the high cost of shipping we do not have products returned to us, especially perishable frozen food items. Instead, we ask that you donate any unspoiled and unopened food to your local animal shelter. We stand by the high quality of our products and would much prefer they are used to feed an animal in need, rather than go to waste.

While it disappoints us to know that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will do everything we can to ensure satisfaction. It is the CountryPet Naturals way.
