When Should I Expect My Orders?
Frozen Rolls: because they are frozen/perishable we ship out on Mondays or Tuesdays to be delivered to customers the same week (Tuesday to Friday). Orders need to be placed by 5:00 pm EST Sunday to be included in the coming week shipments. Saturday delivery is generally not available; please contact our customer care team for any assistance needed.
Raw Freeze Dried Treats: shipped typically within 24-48 hours of ordering.
Icelandic Cod Liver Oil: shipped typically within 24-48 hours of ordering.

Who Delivers My Order?
We use a variety of carriers including FedEx, UPS, Amazon and regional carriers to ensure we have the most efficient option to deliver your products.
For our frozen food line, our team will pack it carefully with enough dry ice to keep it frozen during shipping. It will then be handed over to FedEx or UPS for home delivery. Once FedEx or UPS has picked up your package, we will send you a shipping confirmation email and tracking number.
Do We Require a Delivery Signature?
For your convenience, your package will be delivered to your door without requiring a signature. There are certain addresses where a carrier may designate a signature as being required. In those rare instances, a notice will be left on your door requesting permission to leave your package the next day.
Where Do We Ship To?
At this time, we ship only within the Continental U.S. excluding APO/PO Boxes. If you need any support with shipping your order then please contact us. We can also assist with arranging air delivery to Alaska and Hawaii, but ask that you please contact us for a quote before ordering.
