We offer free shipping on 8 rolls (one case) or more of our shelf-stable food rolls, and 16 rolls (two cases) or more of our pasteurized frozen food rolls. Treats, chews and supplements always ship free!
Most of our shipments are sent out on Mondays to be delivered the same week (Tuesday - Friday). Orders need to be placed by 9:00 pm PST Sunday. Saturday delivery is available upon request if you live in an area served by FedEx Ground on the weekend; please contact our customer care team for assistance.
Due to the nature of our product being frozen, it is very expensive to pack and ship. However, we take pride in offering free shipping to all customers who order two cases or more.
We understand ordering 16 food rolls for your first order can seem a little daunting. Don't worry, we are here to help! If you have not ordered from us before, simply sign up for our newsletter to receive free shipping on your first order of only 8 rolls. We are so confident your pup or kitty will love our food that we will pay the shipping cost.
We use primarily FedEx for our shipments. If you ordered from our frozen food line, our team will pack it carefully with enough dry ice to keep it frozen during shipping. It will then be handed over to FedEx for home delivery. Once FedEx has picked up your package, we will send you a shipping confirmation email and tracking number.
For your convenience, FedEx will deliver your package to your door without requiring a signature. There are certain addresses where FedEx will designate a signature as being required. In those rare instances, a notice will be left on your door requesting permission to leave your package the next day.
At this time, we ship only within the Continental U.S. excluding APO/PO Boxes. If you need any support with shipping your order then please contact us. We can also assist with arranging FedEx Air delivery to Alaska and Hawaii, but ask that you please call for a quote before ordering.
